A diverse range of high quality homes from one and two bedroom apartments up to five bedroom homes designed by renowned architect, Ben Pentreath. Ben recently won the Richard H. Driehaus Prize, given to a living designer whose work embodies the highest principles of traditional and classical architecture and urbanism in contemporary society, and reflects a positive culture and environment.
The development has taken its name following research into the history of the area from the archives at Raby Castle.
The earliest surviving map of this area dates from 1732 and names the area where the development will be placed as East Leaze. We thought it is a respectful nod to the past to use this name whilst also looking forward to an exciting new chapter in local history.
